Our Business Continuity Plan
Newport has a well-developed and comprehensive business continuity plan, designed to meet the needs of our clients and minimize potential disruption in services during an emergency or disaster. The protocols and capabilities within the plan include:
- Sufficient technical infrastructure and network capacity to support employees working from home in specific areas, or companywide
- Secure, remote access for all employees
- Video capability in place for all technology employees and senior staff
- Redundancy capabilities within each of our business units

Our business continuity plan incorporates an emergency management team structure. This team is meeting regularly—and whenever a situation changes—to review the plan and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to respond to this fast moving situation, minimize business disruptions and help protect our employees.
