As part of Newport’s holistic approach to participant retirement readiness, we’ve recently enhanced our Financial Wellness Center (FWC), specifically designed to help plan participants prepare for retirement and beyond. A seamlessly integrated web and mobile experience gives participants access to a robust library of mulit-media financial wellness resources such as:
- Retirement planning
- Investment strategies
- Debt and credit management
- Education funding
- Health care and insurance
- And much more
By answering a few simple questions, the FWC customizes the experience for each participant based on age, learning style, goals/needs, interest and usage behaviors.
The content-driven user journey serves up relevant content to each user that evolves based on participant profiles and site usage patterns. Dynamic “calls-to-action” bring together the FWC with core features of their retirement accounts and encourages particpants to take the next best step. And your clients benefit from periodic sponsor reporting that tracks FWC usage trends among their participants.
Furthermore, the FWC intregates with Newport’s freshly updated and enhanced public-facing website, newportgroup.com. It now features a new homepage with resources and tools specifically for participants. It is designed to make it easier for participants to access their retirement account or enroll in their plan. In addition, a second “showcase” page promotes the Financial Wellness Center within the participant website.
