Senior Relationship Manager Jodi Throdahl of our St. Petersburg office has been recognized as a PLANSPONSOR Service Star for her dedication to excellent client service.
Jodi was selected from more than 700 nominees for this annual award, which is part of PLANSPONSOR’s annual Defined Contribution Survey—one of the industry’s leading measures of companies’ satisfaction with their plan providers. In January, Newport was awarded 64 “Best in Class” honors in all service areas measured by the survey.
Sponsors who completed the survey also had an opportunity to recognize retirement services professionals who have provided exemplary service. Service Stars are selected by the PLANSPONSOR Surveys and Research group, which reviews nominations and comments from plan sponsors.
This is the fourth time in the past five years in which a Newport employee has been named a “Service Star” by PLANSPONSOR—reflecting our ongoing commitment to providing best-in-class service.
Jodi was nominated by Newport client Sterling-Rice Group (SRG). SRG is a nationally recognized brand-building firm headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. Women-owned and women-led, SRG has been ranked on Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work list and recognized by AdAge as a Best Place to Work.
